I been finding myself going back to the store to pick up Prospect three times already, fantastic IPA. Had a hard time finding Pieces of Eight, but that too was super. Solid offerings from Foley Bros. In a beer world of hype, I'll enjoy them flying under the radar for as long as possible.

I've got a Prospect in the fridge and plan on cracking it tonight. Looking forward to this one!
    Love Po8 & FM.

Love Foley ! I pretty much lived off of Citrennial last summer. Fair Maiden was pretty darn good, and Po8 was off the hook.

I had Fair Maiden for the first time yesterday, great stuff. Pricey at $10/bomber; I'd buy this all the time if it were canned.

Prospect > Pieces of 8 > Fair Maiden in my experience.

Glad to see so many folks enjoying Foley Brothers! If you ever get up to Brandon check out the brewery. Quiet, wonderful little place to enjoy a couple pints of their beer. Plus there is a really good sandwich shop on main street so you can throw together a little picnic on the property. I find myself up in Brandon at least twice a year, and visiting Foley is always on the short list of things to do.

Ran across bottles of Prospect and Citrennial in CT. Prospect is great IPA. Haven't tried tried the Citrennial yet. Yes $10 for 22 oz is up there but to have to travel to MA or VT from CT to get any similars beers would double the price for me in time and gas.

Hoping to visit the brewery either this Wednesday or Friday 7/1. Is there outdoor space at the brewery to have pints? Is the place dog friendly? Thanks very excited to check it out

Look at it as a three dollar get in the store and get the f*** out without a line fee.

Too expensive IMO. But then again, so are a lot of beers these days. Prospect us worth the money though

They make a point of telling you to drink it fresh but don't date their bottles. Drives me nuts...

Tons of space outside in a beautiful setting. They do full pours and tastings. My fiance usually does the wine testing while I drink beer. Prospect is super juicy and the Trillium comparisons are definitely justified.

Skeleton crew has 12 pounds of hops per barrel. That is insanity!

For reference, that would be 30 ounces for a home brewing 5 gallon batch. (the rates aren't the same for small scale but you get the picture, that's easily 2x even the crazy trillium recipes).

I'm drinking one now and it's really nice. Wish they dated their bottles and provided more details about the beers but the product is pretty great.

Tried Prospect, Pieces of Eight and Hawaiian King at the brewery on Wednesday, Prospect is EXCELLENT!

They were out of Prospect bottles there and could not find them anywhere else in VT either (Warren, Waterbury, Stowe, Montpelier, Burlington). Did have a friend pick up a couple of bottles for me in CT though.

I thought Pieces of Eight and Hawaiian King were solid too. Pieces of Eight bottles were everywhere in VT.
