Haven't received a reply yet, but I really don't care. I think their dealing with this at the brewery, as seen in their facebook post, makes me happier than any refund. Already handled it better than triple c and duckrabbit combined. I will never buy another triple c beer. $100 wasted on infected stouts.

I think Todd and Sara are overseas right now so that might be why you're not getting replies yet.

You realized that Triple C would refund your money or swap for another bottle, no questions asked, for any infected beer you drank (or thought might be) right? And as far as I know, only the one year of Dude was infected.

Link to where they addressed this publicly? I never heard about them doing that.

*"or thought might be" haha. When a stout spews 1/2 its contents out and tastes like a mixture of sour apple and vinegar, and you open 6 bottles with the same result, .......

Just searched their fb going back to the original release....nothing. I'd gladly take a refund for the 7/8 infected bottles I bought.

I thought Triple C posted on BA about swapping out those bottles.

Did you ever ask them? I asked about it on Twitter after a buddy I sent a bottle to said his was infected. I tried one I had been sitting on and same thing (all my fresh ones were great). Chris Harker (owner) replied and said bring in full or empties for beer swap or cash back. I brought my empty bottle and two other full bottles and they swapped me for some BBA Up all Night. Took two seconds and they apologized profusely. They also posted here on BA after they started getting more reports (the link from above).

And who opens four more bottles of something you know is infected after two bottles opened? With FB and Twitter (and heck here on BA) you can contact these guys in a heartbeat.

I opened the rest just to see if there was bottle variation. What else am I going to do with them? It was 6 months after the release, everyone knew it was infected, and I didn't see their post on BA. I'll call them today and post what happens, but other than that this is a ff thread and I don't want to pollute it any more than I have. Sorry for that to everyone reading this.

Edit* Just called the brewery and they are making it right via beer. Good on you Triple C Thanks.
