    Private facewhore beer pages, I'm on a NC one that has a bunch of folks from the Asheville area...that's what their hearing from the local tasting groups about this release.

    Thankful for the rain today. Might make the ones planning on camping rethink. Hope it continues through tomorrow morning then sunny skies once I get in line.

    I hope everyone enjoys themselves today. This will be the first release I will not be able to attend and it kills me! Be patient with lines and save me some Sal!

    Can't speak to today as I'm not there but at the last one there was a pretty big line by now and a lot of people towards the front were sharing bottles without any issues. The further the line extends back the more you get into other people's area/property, so didn't see much back there. Kinda seems like up to this point if you were being respectful and not a dumbass that it was chill. Probably not really encouraged though.

    Yeah, it's never been encouraged. I believe it's sort of been share at your own risk and be tame. The problem is the majority of the line goes off of Fonta Flora property and I think that's where a potential issue could arise.

    How did the release going? My other commitments wrapped up and I probably could have made it around 3:30-4pm or so, but figured all the bottles would be gone by then.

    The release went really well. Very smooth, no hiccups from my vantage point. Sal definitely sold out around 4, but I'm not sure about Sun Gold or Land Trust.

    Missed this release but am curious what time folks had to get in line to get any bottles of Sal.

    I would say Sal was available to everyone who got there by 1:30. I got there at 12 and was around 80-90th person. Top 160ish got Sal.

    Good to know. Some of the pre-release speculation suggested you might need to get there much earlier. Now I am regretting not making the drive.
