That was a GREAT brew! I'm glad to see it's back. The 2010 version was exclusives to Sam's Quik Shop in Durham I believe and their logo was on the label. Is that the same situation here?

No sir, it's a different label. I asked on Twitter about distribution and was told it's a brewpub-only thing right now. Hopefully it'll eventually find its way into other markets; I really enjoy this beer.

Have been told that the reason they decided to bring it back was actually for Sam's, for opening the new bottle shop, so I wouldn't be surprised if the bulk of it ends up there.

Huh, that would be interesting. Regardless, hope to get my hands on at least one bottle!

Any update on when this might be at the pub for sale. I've been waiting patiently long enough. This guy needs his Baltic Porter.

I mean it makes sense. First batch for Sams. Next batch for the new Sams.

My favorite Foothills beer. Though I am also a huge fan of Jade and BASC, there are lots of other great DIPAs and BA stouts out there. Not so many great Baltic Porters. Glad to see its return.

Drank a fresh one last night and it's still awesome. But at $16 a bottle, that's a little steep.

Love it, Foothills' and Duck-Rabbit's, but his point stands in the grand scheme of things. We need more Baltic porters!

Trophy did 30 Fathoms, then aged it in Rum barrels. Pretty damn fantastic.
