Honestly, you'll probably be fine showing up at 9 or later but i'm planning on 7 which should be right around the time they hand out wristbands.

Based on previous years, after 7 is usually a little late to make it in the door for the bottle share before they reach capacity. You should still be safe to get bottles, but you just may be on the curb for an hour.

Any folks from Raleigh heading that way?

Didn't bottles last until Monday last year or was that the year before? Sounds like they have more this year than any prior year. Also, they keep talking about an increased limit but I thought the limit last year was a case as well.

It was 8 pp last year. I also felt attendance was down due to the day change from September to August. I got there at 5 and was in the parking lot.

I'll actually be making the pilgrimage this year. The night before is always a great time but can be debilitating.

My buddy wants to still do the "get in line at 2:00am" thing and found his 10x10 pop up canopy, so I guess that's what we're doing. Obviously well be able to fit a few more people under that, so I expect we'll make some new friends.

Cheers guys/girls, I plan on bringing a canopy as well and looking forward to a great bottle share and meeting some new people. We are still going to do the 2am thing, it's tradition and the bottle share into the AM is the best part. If you see a giant JMU canopy tent come say hi!

Just like last year, I'm driving down solo. Hopefully I can find a spot under a canopy
    I'll bring the Bruery beers.

As someone who is riding up with a buddy from SC, with no canopy, I approve these messages. Rumor has it a bourbon cake may be making the trip.

I'm coming down for the share and then lining up at 2. I'm bringing a canopy and bottles. Any and all are welcome to hang out.

Dumb question from a noob, but - Do we need to bring our own glass for the night or AM bottle share? Or does FH brewpub provide them?

Wife is out of town so the trusty dog and i will be driving over from wilmington with some darkstar, parabola, and abyss. From this thread it seems there are two different bottle shares? One friday evening and one saturday morning. Is there a main one or is it just a constant thing throught the night? Thanks!

The brewery hosts one Friday night until they close. Then people line up and drink on the sidewalk until Foothills opens in the morning. Then there is yet another one inside the brewery after the bottle release.

You actually aren't allowed to drink out of glasses in the line because of alcohol laws and the PD around. They let you drink out of a colored solo cups though, can't be see through.

Thanks - I meant the bottle shares *inside* the brewpub though - Do we need our own glass for that or does brewpub provide? Already knew about the glass prohibition for the sidewalks ;-)
