    The Salute wine festival is 6/1/13 in downtown Winston-Salem. Foothills has put together a Beermaker Dinner to commemorate this event. Here's the menu and info on reservations:

    First Course:
    Chilled Garden Fresh Gazpacho​
    Paired with Torch Pilsner

    Second Course:
    Chilled Pickled Shrimp Salad on Mixed Greens with Blood Orange Vinaigrette​
    Paired with Jade IPA

    Third Course:
    Smoked Teres Major over Fried Sweet Potato Hash, topped with Red Pepper Gastrique.​
    Paired with Low Down Brown

    Dessert:
    Nutella Chocolate Mousse in Puff Pastry Cup with Caramel Sea Salt​
    Paired with Peoples Porter
