Had a great lunch and had a Baby Jade IPA 5.2 ABV and a Jade IPA 7.2 ABV. Two great brews great food well under 20 bucks before the tip. There's always threads about passing thru the area, but make this a definite stop. Way better brews than Nattys, and the best overall selection of area brews in the triangle. Growlers to go too. They also bought out Cottonwood in Boone.

I live here but am not from here; just wanted to make sure I had things straight. Not trying to be a smart-ass if I came off that way, sorry!

Triangle = Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill and associated smaller towns in the vicinity.

Triad = Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem and associated smaller towns in the vicinity.

Now you know... and knowing is half the battle!

That sounds like a place full of overpriced dance clubs I can't get into and cloyingly-sweet mixed drinks. NO THANKS.

Actually, isn't Hickory included in the dated Metrolina?

Passed through town today and stopped for lunch. I thought Baby Jade was a bit thin and could have been more balanced. I liked the idea, but it doesn't stack up to the regular version. I have a fresh growler of Jade in the fridge that I'm very much looking forward to.
