I'm out of town the 2nd week of Oct, but I could probably benefit from a month with no Fatso's.

I've never been to the original Fatso's, but the owner is the same as Lockdown on Western. The Fatso's they opened up in Hot Doug's old location was definitely worth skipping.

Guys, I doubt Brian sees this for a while since he's at GABF.

That said, yeah since I don't even know how I'm going to get all this Weldwerks back...

legit question (with no judging), but how are we doing on the size of the crowds at these things? I made the one before last, and then about 3-4 before that. but I realized that at the anniversary one there was a point where some 16.9 oz bottles that got passed around didn't make to everyone. with @PhilBallins pouring himself 10 ounces of those bottles, that's to be expected to be sure. but i was just curious how we're doing on the crowds.

Last share was tiny. But I just flew through, so maybe it wasn’t.

Most of them seem fine. There's usually around 15 with some arriving later/leaving earlier. The anniversary was a bit nuts because it was a bigger crowd and the stakes were higher if you missed something.

Crowds have been fine. Some larger and some smaller. I have never been part of a share group that makes sure things get split as easy as possible. I am almost (99.9%) positive that the 16.9ers at the anniversary had doubles so everything was available.

Slight dilemma. I managed to pick up the funny Trill collab stout but my wife has indicated I cannot bring beer home in the luggage. But if I just throw out old clothes to make room / accidentally destroy my suit from singeing (you’ll bet me how many dollars to jump over that bonfire? 3? Game on!), then it is ok...right?

This feels less like a dilemma and more like a standard Initiate BA challenge. Pass this, and you'll move to the next level. My kids' carry on suitcases got filled with some Casey bottles and checked this summer. Predominantly because I had too many cans in my suitcase. They complained that they were too heavy at the airport, but then didn't have to carry them on. I felt like everyone won in this situation. Effective parenting is all about being flexible in the moment.

Pretty much. Except my kids call this magical substance, "Daddy Pop." It's endearing and embarrassing all rolled up into one complex emotion.
