Forgotten Cellared Gems?

    Anyone ever go through their 'cellar' and find some gems that you didn't remember you had? I just went and found some year old Sexual Chocolate and some 2011 Bitches Brew. Nothing major, but nice to find and may pair up with fresher versions to see how they change

    No. My "cellared" beer is right next to my treadmill so I'm often looking at what I'd like to have.

    It's nothing huge but I came across a bottle of ananke that I thought I dident have anymore. Still have it and happy to. Love that brrt

    Got a list and check it twice- well maybe a hell of a lot more than that. So I pretty much know exactly what I got and what bottles are next on the list to open- next one up is a Chimay red bottled 6/01/10 for this weekend.
