Agreed. That's around the last time I had it as well. While good, it was definitely starting to fall off a bit. I decided then not to get any more (the MofC still had a decent supply at the time, but it's all gone now).

It's Georgetown & pFriem. And I'm stoked about it!

Don't think I've had Pfriem's IPA, but I really like Lucille from Georgetown, so I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out!

I'm more excited about pFriem than Georgetown ... I too wish it had been Reuben's.

Fresh Lucille is a thing of beauty. pFriem makes some of the best hoppy beers in OR. This kind of collab is the whole point of the 3-Way series!

Georgetown makes good beer, but I never think of drinking it. This collab doesn't have the beer geek cred of 2014 3-Way, but I don't care. If it's good, it's good. Bring it on.

I hate that Georgetown only does prefilled growlers at the brewery, but whenever I have their beer around town on tap, it's incredibly solid. Lucille and Manny's at Sundance Cinema is awesome.

Excellent! As others mentioned - Lucille and Manny's are solid and I have had some good Lovely Rita. Pfriem is incredible! Their brewery is a must visit and I agree that they make great ipas - their fresh hop IPA this year was delicious!

I've only had the mosaic pale from pfriem...but it was pretty nice. Manny's is always a solid choice as well. This could be agood thing.

unless they have changed their policy in the last 6 months, they will fill a new growler (an "alien" growler) for a slight upcharge ($2 i think).

I wonder if Georgetown fully realizes the money they could be making if they wanted up their production/distro and can/bottle Manny's. I mean, EVERYONE at least likes that beer, if not loves it. I'm curious as to what is holding them back. Maybe they enjoy the draft only exclusivity of it and keeping it "small" even though it's on tap at literally every bar/restaurant in seattle and the burbs.

Keeping it small? They produce more barrels than any other brewery in Washington, not counting Redhook.

Seeing how they make more beer than any other WA brewery already and don't have to deal with packaging costs, I doubt it.

yeah that's why I put small in quotes. Obviously they make a shitload of beer, but not having a production line makes it seem like a smaller operation in a way.
