My in-laws live in Fort Wayne and while it is very limited with craft beer options, Trion Tavern is a stand-out above the rest of the bars and restaurants. Always have 6-10 3 floyds beers on tap (always have Zombie Dust) plus many others that are great. Bottle shops, pretty much any Belmont Beverage or Cap n' Cork are about the same.
S & V Liquors, Krogers Marketplace, 800 Degrees Pizza has a good variety of drafts, JK O'Donnell's Irish Ale House, and Dash-In for draft, bottled and bottled beer to go.
