Fou Foune and BCBS Philly area

BCBS draft only in Philly...DONG!

 

Cantillon stuff usually hits the US 4 months or so after release at the brewery, so you won't see Fou' Foune until January or so.

 

And its highly unlikely you'll "see" Fou Fone on a shelf. It'll be primarily at restaurants for on-site consumption and whatever ends up at bottleshops will be sold on reserve lists and the likes.

 

From my POV nobody said anything about bottles of BCBS. I was told it would however be on draft..now could I be wrong..yeh...Hell I hope I'm wrong I'd like a BCBS 4 pack. Maybe next year though.

 

I was told by a very reputable distributor in the suburbs that it was draft only. I heard that same thing from a buyer at another place, but he had recently told me that bottles were on their way in October. Nothing confirmed, but at least there is a possibility.

i've keep getting different information that's all over the place. the answers seem to vary from "we're getting some eventually" to "i keep asking my salesman about it" to "we're trying but it's in really high demand"

According to this article and a few sources, PA should be receive bottles. I have also heard the draft-only rumor though.
