Brand new batch of CBS put on that's 1.6% higher in abv. The vanilla is off the hook insanely amazing! Between glasses of that and FBC Allstars, I heart you Founders.

 

that sounds good man, had cbs around 4 for the first time and it lived up to the hype, where you there around that time?

 

Been here since 10am. This batch of CBS is by far the best I've ever had.

 

Agreed. Not a lot of sweetness, nice barrel and vanilla presence. Definitely prefer this to the bottled version and other tap versions I've had.

CBS was awesome, sad to have missed the newest batch but now some great beers at Mitten and Vivant are quite good too...!

CBS is back on the board. Boltcutter is beyond my wildest dreams. Surprisingly mellow crowd for such a monumental occasion.

 

The Brian Adams and black Sabbath just didn't fit and out of all the bands Ihave seen this year blam blams stick out s being the most memorable and the most fun. Expectation bias that's all

Kalamazoo transplant but a grandvillian 5 years in the making. Nice to know im not the only one that drinks in this town. The CBS is legendary for sure. I think some age will do Boltcutter well. Taking it slow so I can try the boilermaker before the night ends. The Grandville 5-0 will surely find me otherwise. Cheers!

 

Most definitely not! Saw black Sabbath this summer. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they were bad just that I can go to local joints and hear a lot of these songs all the time, I thoroughly loved the bowie I just liked the last incantation from from founders more

 

So did they ever tap anything else, other than the second CBS? We were there from open to 6pm and were disappointed that they didn't really fill the board. I talked to a few taproom managers and they gave me the ole' "isn't CBS enough?". The I heard that Cashew was rumored to hit the board at night, looks like it didn't. Had a great time, but to me and my friends, it just felt like a normal Saturday.

 

Was that really a new batch of CBS? I asked why the abv was different with no response.
