I don't accept that. Post something else that says I can drink Double Trouble!

Really excited for Azzaca, I've picked up growlers of this stuff at the brewpub a couple times, and can't wait til this one is released in bottles!

HeislerGold hereby says lester619 may continue to drink Double Trouble.*

(*provided lester619 drives to Founders Brewing Company or a local tap takeover when it's offered on tap)

That's weird. Around here, most places have it flying off the shelves immediately other than the liquor stores you wouldn't expect to get good beer.

I have a grocery store like that very close to me. They keep stocking limited release beers from Founders even though they don't sell well in such a rural area. I could go there right now and pick up some of last year's Imperial Stout for $9.99.

When I talked to a Founders rep at a CBS night, he had told me that Rubaeus would be year round, but when I asked if that meant Cerise would return, he basically said that raspberries have just been much cheaper and that's why we haven't seen Cerise. Hopefully it will be that Summer TBA listed.

I can finally be concerned with Founder's beer release calendar because they are expanding distribution to SoCal.

If they intend on making Rubaeus a six pack, I'll accept it 'til Cerise returns.

Well, guess I'll buy a few KBS to drink within a few weeks before the vegetable smell occurs, and once again hope they make something a less watery in 2017.

I asked the same thing, but the bartender when I went said the shelf life is the shortest of all their beers, so now it's just year round on tap at the brewery.

I'm disappointed that Dark Penance isn't on the schedule. I've really grown to enjoy it!

Happy to always see the Backwoods Bastard November release, but Georgia and some other states get it in October. Then there is us who are 2 hours away from Founders and get it mid November.

That's a shame about double trouble but at the same time I did not find a single fresh bottle this year. I think it hit shelves with close to two months after bottling-this is one of my favorites but I really like it fresh.

And to reckon what others have said devil dancer is still sitting on shelves next to double trouble and rednankulous...they decide to put these beers on close out now when no one wants them, either lower the price or remove them. I am a little surprised devil dancer is still on the lineup, it really seems like their worst selling beer, this is coming from someone who actually likes it too.

I was told by a founders rep due to the limited supply of maple syrup barrels from their supplier, they can only make CBS every 6 years or so. They use a single supplier, and therefore must wait until enough barrels are spent. Sorry to burst any bubbles out there.
