Its barely a sessionable abv and its $13 a 6-pack here so I'm gonna go ahead and say no.

$13 a 6-pack, what is that for real? It's 9.99 everywhere by me and as low as 8.99. Yes, at 13.99 it's a horrible purchase. I can't imagine what you pay for other crafts.

Yeah, it's about that around here, too . . . maybe $11-12/sixer. Founders has only been in this distribution area for about a year, but I think prices have more or less settled into the levels we can expect for the foreseeable future (i.e., until production volume goes way up or something).

I much prefer Tyranena's Bitter Woman. Much more flavor and still low ABV.

Wasn't too big on All Day. I'll stick to my Berliner/Florida Weisses.

Uinta Wyld is one of the most underrated beers out there. It's not labeled an IPA, but the flavor matches the aroma. Something these session IPAs are missing. And it's 4%. All Day isn't all that low at 4.7%.

A hoppy IPA is not a "perfect session beer. Just my opinion.

Personally, I'd rather have a flavorful pilsner or APA (like Prima Pils, SA Noble Pils, or Headwaters) than All Day. I don't know...all I kept thinking while drinking them was "kind of thin/watery." It was like an IPA imposter (though it was very flavorful and hop-forward for a low ABV IPA).

Maybe I just couldn't shake my perception of what a full-bodied IPA was "supposed" to taste like while drinking them.

It's funny. The more beer I drink, the more I realize that my expectations influence my perceptions of a beer. So when I drink something like Noble Pils, I expect something "sessionable" but with a classic IPA (e.g., Two Hearted) I don't. And when expectations aren't realized, it ultimately leads to disappointment.

I love this beer and can't wait for the cans. I havent had it in awhile either but 21st amendment bitter american is also another great low abv option...also in cans. Between these two im already building a solid foundation for music festivals this summer.

Needs more hop flavor imo. First sip it's a blast of grapefruit, but your palate gets used to it quick.

Session IPAs are fine, but I like Berliner Weiss as a style and it fits perfectly in this category. Hefes too, but some don't fit the criteria.

I just finished my first one a few minutes ago and I'm not impressed. The flavor doesn't live up to the nose.

I'm not a fan of it which surprised me because I am a huge Founder's fan. The aroma made it seem like it'd be pungent and resinous but the flavor was very lacking.

Best session beer IMO: Mirror Pond Pale Ale.

Flavor and ABV wise? Yes. Price point? No.
