Founder's All Day IPA

    having moved from Michigan a little over year ago, missed out on previous All Day IPA last year. managed to get 2 sixers today and my god I cannot get enough of this stuff. perfect balance between drinkability nd nice little hop bite. simple yet awesome. perfect beer to have more than one. always in the mood for a strong IPA or DIPA but sometimes keeping things a little lighter like this is awesome. anyone got a breakdown on hop profile on this one, absolutely delicious !
    Making me miss Michigan on a warm but rainy night in Arkansas. Thankfully Macadoodles in MO always manages to keep my Bell's and Founders fix going.

    Saw a lot of this around lately too but didn't know if it was old stock or new. Looks like new which is great news.

    I had it a week ago, living in Michigan and never have had it before and for such a low ABV beer it is amazingly tasty. When summer finally gets here I know what beer I will be sitting on the porch drinking!

    Yup, they just released the new batch on March 1st and it is tasting solid this year again.

    founders has mysteriously stopped bottle dating everything lately! the all day i have doesnt have anything on it...nothing founders i have bought in 2013 has had a date on it...someone should probably let them know its a bad move..

    I was thinking about posting a thread with the question about Founders bottle dating, but I'm glad I am not the only one to notice this. I was going to grab the All Day but it had no bottle date so I passed. I got some Curmudgeon and it didn't have a bottle date either. Hopefully the coder is just temporarily out of commission, otherwise this is pretty disappointing if you ask me.

    Ahh thanks. I wouldn't know, the most recent bottle dates of Founders up here are Dirty Bastard and Breakfast Stout from October... Sitting beside Pale Ale from 11/22/2011! Terrible, just terrible.

    Hmm maybe you had a bad bottle, Centennial IPA is well done and prob the most generic example of an Amrican IPA. Centennial hops are literally in so many IPAs.

    I'm excited to see it back in the store too. Wish it weren't $10.99 a six. Great beer though.

    Drinking it now. Big disappointment, IMO.

    Glad I only got 2 in a mix-and-match.

    I was under the impression that it went away for at least several months. It just showed up in IN last week for the first time ever. I know other states had it last year for a period of time.

    It was distributed only in a few states last year, and was brewed from Spring thru Summer. This year I believe all of the Founders distro area is supposed to get this beer. I think is will continue to be a warm weather seasonal. The first release in 2013 was March 1st.

    Not entirely sure, but i think it might be a mixture of Amarillo and Cascade, with the possibility of some Citra in there. But that is purely speculation.

    Our Curmudgeon is dated 1/18. No date on All Day though the case was marked early Feb, don't remember the day.
