Well.... let it be known that I never once said my source was a "Rep".

In fact, my source was the almighty savior himself. The clouds parted, and he told me that the next Founder's backstage-series release was not going to be Barrel Aged. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to take over the starting role from Mark Sanchez, and I stopped listening at that point, but all of that is aside the point...... I didn't hear it from a "Rep"

I've heard from non-rep Founders brewing employees that it is not barrel aged. I'm still thinking it'll be Bluhing Monm

I'd be down for some Black Rye but word on the street is that there are no plans to brew it again.

Yeah big beers are fun but I would love some of their lower tiered beers to be released. I would love to see Cream of the Rock or Bitter Old Man in some sort of bottle.

I did not hear from a rep either and was told during the Better Half release.

What is wrong with Nemesis? I would be very happy if it was that, but I highly doubt it.

Can't believe that Death hasn't been mentioned. I know it's barrel aged, but whoa... that stuff was serious.

I would love to see Black Biscuit bottled, too. Or BB Imperial Stout. Or Syrup Del Noche.

Is Newaygo County Cherry barrel aged? I've always wanted to try that one. I guess that could potentially fit in with the summer release much like Blushing Monk did.

Through an interaction i saw via twitter I wouldn't doubt if it were Cashew Mt. Brown. I've never had it. What type of brew is it? Barrel aged? I've never enjoyed a nut infused beer. Frangelic mt. B would be SWEET.

MJshearer, I too enjoyed Sumatra mt. B more than KBS actually as well!

It has been said many times by those at the Brewery Cashew Mountain would not be bottled, it is simply to expensive for them to make.

Cashew Mountain is an Imperial Brown Ale aged on Cashews then thrown into Maple Bourbon barrels with even more cashews for good measure. They use a ridiculous amount of cashews in the process.

I just had Frangelic Mt Brown at the tap room a couple weeks ago, it was good but there are many others that I'd like to see before that, even non-barrel aged things:

Cream of the Rock Milk Stout
    Frangelic Porter
    Nemesis 9 or 10
    Sumatra Mt Brown

I have a hard time believing that for a June or July release they are going to go with something super dark and full bodied like a stout or imperial brow, so I honestly have no clue what it will be. We'll see...

Nemesis '09 was aged in their maple syrup bourbon barrels.

Didn't realize that as I've never had it. Either way, it was better than Frangelic Mt Brown.

People on here have raved about 09 and many say its better than 10. I really loved 10. I was fairly underwhelmed by frangelic mt brown when I had it a couple weeks ago. It was good, just nothing special IMO.

Logic would tell me that if I felt 10 was far and away better than FMB, and most say that 09 is at least as good if not better than 10, its a pretty safe assumption that I would think 09 is better than FMB.

However, if you have a bottle of 09 that you'd like to send me so that I can make that assumption a statement from experience, I would not complain.

I know that their Frangelic Porter is on nitro and I thought that Frangelic Mt Brown was too? I don't think that it will be bottled then...

Frangelic PORTER is on nitro, Frangelic Mt Brown was not in nitro. Took a growler of it home for St Pattys Day... love that beer.

Black Biscuit, word on the block is that it tastes better than CBS in the eyes of some folks.
