    Just my opinion..but their backstage series has been going downhill past few yrs..

    So you are saying when you start a series and put your best ideas first, then keep to a schedule of making new ideas sometimes they aren't as good as the ones when you weren't doing this in the first place?

    I'm not saying the beers aren't as exciting as previous ones to some people...

    Just like with anything creative, when you stick to a schedule sometimes things are good and sometimes things aren't. See music, tv shows, movies, etc... work in the same way.

    Thanks for the heads up!

    I was surprised that it didn't show in my neck of the woods today. My TW, in NN, has gone downhill in the past 6 months. We dont get jack!

    Picked that bitch up for $8.99 at Discount Liquor outside of Milwaukee. It was decent and worth a try but probably won't be seeking out another.

    I've (appropriately) seen this lined up next to year old bottles of Dissenter in a few locations. I expect it will be joining them in the malty afterlife soon enough.

    It's not even remotely remarkable. That is just my honest assessment, and coming from someone who wants to love IPAs by default. This was a miss.

    This beer is delicious IMO, one of the best IPA's Founders has put out for wide distribution. The price/format can be argued against I guess, but no amount of Founders hater-ade makes this a bad beer.

    Cracked open one last night. Solid beer. Hides the alcohol well. Definitely would drink again.

    Awesome beer! And I love peeps saying the Backstage series has been going downhill when Blushing Monk was released earlier this year. By far one of the best beers they've ever made and ages incredibly.
