Founders Breakfast Stout in Rochester

    I heard a rumor that the distributor won't order FBS because Cerise isn't selling well. Anyone else heard this or have any info on whether we'll see this beer in our area?

    It was at Hegedorns last week- like 10 cases. Not sure if still there now

    It was at Hegedorns yesterday and was at B ot W Friday. I am not sure what the issue is, but there is definitely questionable distribution happening. This is also the same distributor who is the reason why we haven't seen GI BCBS yet in Rochester.

    Just bought some Friday at One Stop Brew Shop. Looked like he had several cases of it. He also has a couple Speedway Stouts that I did not see at Hegedorns the last time I was there.

    The distributor is also giving Nathaniel's Corner Store a problem - not sure why. Get your job together distributor!!! That said it is available at BOTW but for $3 more a 4 pack than elsewhere. As mentioned, Hegedorns is the preferred place to purchase it. The Malt and Market got in a number of cases but sold out quickly. By the way, Speedway Stout is available all over the place as well now.

    Founders lowest rated beer thats widely distributed (Cerise) didnt sell well... best not bring one of their highest rated most widely distributed beer. Clearly us Rochestarians have different taste :stuck_out_tongue:

    Picked up a few four packs, see its on tap at Old Toad. It's here and will be for the winter. Ignore the rumors!
