I cannot wait for this! I had my first experience of FBS last year and it was absolutely phenomenal when the snow was falling.

OK, I already had a bottle of FBS in my fridge`s "on-deck" rack this week. So, thanks in part to this thread, it is being consumed. Had it with a chocolate chip cookie.....good stuff.

Probably sold out now, but the stuff was at Anderson's on the east side somewhat recently. Their beers tend to sit for a while.

Was in a TW about a week ago, they had cases upon cases of FBS and had discounted it to 6.99 a 4pack...nothing mind blowing, but I bought one...even though I much prefer it fresh.

Hope it's as easy to find as last year when they send a 2nd shipment to GA because I want to buy a case of that and Lagunitas Sucks.

Got a year old FBS I want to compare to the new batch.

I am a FBS lover, and to me, it does NOT age well... Please let me what your results are.

I grabbed a 4 pack a couple weeks ago..the coffee is totally gone..it still tastes like a better than average stout..but without the coffee it isn't the special beer that it is fresh. Very much looking forward to this years release (wake-n-bake, too!)

On the founders site, it says there will be the same amount of prodection this year as last year because of the waging process they would only be able to brew the same amount before getting the new tanks and then 2013 release would have more available. So they pretty much state right there that there will be a release

Are you talking about CBS? Can you post a link because I don't even see it mentioned on their site currently and I still don't think its being bottled this year and or within a month of Bolt Cutter if it was. They may brew some CBS for draft however.

That sounds a whole lot like KBS and not CBS. I could find not mention of CBS on Founders website since the release last year and there was no mention of future plans.

Yeah, my beer store posted on FB that their pre-order for delivery today included FBS. Surprising to see it so early...I wonder if that just means the distributor has it, or if it's actually being delivered to the store today.

I shall take my chances and stop in tonight regardless. If I buy a case, I do. Someone has to.

I wish I could buy a case today but I'll have to settle for a 4 pack.

Oh how I wish this was a bad joke or hoax, but sadly yes, such is the pathetic bureaucracy in my state. At least we'll see some FBS kegs this year. Although, I believe Raging Bitch finally got approved in NH, so there's hope... and that hope resides in Maine, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Sigh.

I can confirm, FBS has hit Vermont! Just picked up 3 four-packs. One was pre chilled for my drinking pleasure, going to be a good good night.

Any Ann Arbor sightings? I'll be out of Founders territory for the next few months, but my girlfriend is very eager to try it. BM me if you see something please!
