KBS '13 and '14 for sale in the general store..for the next hour or so.

 

@CD83 nice thanks! any word on other vintages or bottle drops ?

 

@simonlibenski no word on anything else, but looks like they still have 20 cases of each year, 2 four packs a person limit

 

And so the flies will be drawn every other day of the cellar raid. Sigh ;(

Yep, just as I expected. Bottles were not announced and there were maybe 5 people ahead of me in a very friendly and orderly line.

Perrin was not cool, fun or tasty in my opinion. Vivant's food and beverage is great. Pizza flight is a must. Founders sandwiches aren't bad but if you are in GR I'd check out more than just Founders. Lot's of great homemade breakfast joints, if you are into that.

 

It was pretty busy in there today... I wasn't really looking for more 14 KBS but was hoping to grab some 13. I got there at 11:50am and got in line. The person in front of me got the last 4-pack. It's all good though... Had a fantastic sandwich and a CBS on draft so no need at all to complain.

So it sounds like the big guns are flowing all day so far? Just trying to plan my Sat.

 

Got 2 four packs, one of 13 one of 14, had some french bread pizza. Had 2 glasses of CBS in tap, they also had 13 and 14 kbs on tap. Wanted to try the sweet reputee xxx. Sweet repute aged for 3 years in maple bourbon barrels, but I had to drive lol.

 

Not planning on it, I wasn't in the original line but when I showed up about 11:40am there were only 5 people in front of me.

 

@apendecto plans for Saturday...get a hotel, drink amazing beers all day, meet some fellow BA's...enjoy.

 

That's why they invented the taster size, foo'.

 

Sweet Repute XXX sounds very intriguing...

 

I asked, they said no tasters of that or the vintage kbs, so I just drank full pours of cbs. No complaints.

 

Oh well, it doesn't sound all bad.

 

CBS is exceptional and a first time try for me..
2013 kbs draft lost a bit of its luster to me.. ba-cran was really good.
person behind the bar said make sure to be there tomorrow for bottles.. wouldn't specify but did say it was something different being released.. and mornings only

 

Makes me excited since I'll be there early for bottles tomorrow, really hoping for more better half, blushing monk, or new batch CBS. My mind is running wild! Haha see some of you there I'm sure.
