I am planning on brewing a founders clone recipe and switching out the hop profile for some dank hops. I would like a mild dank prescence to it. What are your thoughts?

    Recipe
    9.5 Lbs Marris otter
    1.25 chocolate malt
    1Lb Munich
    10 oz carapils
    6 oz Crystal 120L
    4 oz black malt

    Hop

    .75 Columbus at 60 min
    .50 chinook at 20
    .50 simcoe at 20
    .25 Columbus at flameout
    .25 chinook at flameout

    WLP001 yeast
Mash in at 155 for 60 min.
    Boil for 75 minutes

The original recipe calls for nugget/Hallertau/crystal hops

Personally, I have had poor results using Columbus simco cascade and other similar type hops with roasted malt. I did not find the roast and c hop tastes melding together well at all, but to each his or her own.
    best of luck

Looks pretty solid to me. I would consider Adding more crystal and I don't think you're gaining much from the carapils. Should make a fine beer with what you have though.

If probably go with 1.5 lbs of carapils. Or torrified wheat, if your lhbs carries it. That stuff is awesome.
