Founder's Curmudgeon in DC/MD/VA

I haven't seen it, yet. But it'll be everywhere. You won't have any trouble getting it.

Edit: Not in MD, obviously.

 

I haven't seen it in Arlington yet. (or in DC). Have been really looking forward to it this year. Will hopefully hit the area soon.

 

at Whole Foods in NYC as of maybe the middle of this week. Lots sitting on the shelf.

 

Still have yet to see it anywhere on the shelves in the D/M/V area.

Same, I keep checking with their beer finder too and I feel like it must be broken.

 

According to a retweet a few minutes ago from Founders, a DC shop called Schneider's of Capitol Hill now has Curmudgeon. Never been there before, but my hope is this means it's finding its way into our region now and will start popping up everywhere soon.

 

This beer will sit around pretty much any Total Wine for weeks if not months.

 

TW Chesapeake has two cases. 4 pack limit 12.99

 

TW in Sterling has some.

 

They have it behind the counter (why?) at TW Chantilly, even though the board still says "soon". This Founder's beer finder app is worthless, I don't need an app to tell me the 4,000 places nearby that carry their year round beers but doesn't tell me shit anout the seasonals I'm actually looking for.

 

I don't care. I have reservations fr the Founder's Brewery tour next month. I'll get to try them all.

 

Norm's has it in, 1 4 pack per person.

 

Total Wine in McClean had several cases today and did not appear to have a limit. Picked up 2 at $12.99 each.

 

Connective Ave Wine and Liquor has it.. $3.99 a bottle.

 

Whole Foods Fair Lakes is now saying they have it, I think its safe to say this has finally hit the area. I enjoyed one last night, so so delicious!

 

I was there around 1 and didn't see it out in the open. Didn't get a chance to see if they had any in the back.

 

They posted it around 3.

 

Chevy Chase Wine has it for....................................................................wait for it............................................................. 1 bottle per person $4.99 per bottle. Fuck you very much. When did this become a $20 a 4-pack beer?

 

That's completely ridiculous. I think I got my 4 pack for $10.29, and no limit or anything like that. Granted, different states, but that's just price gouging.
