Not entirely sure where this one fits in for me...closest I've found to it are Double Bastard and Double Crooked Tree, both of which I prefer much more than Devil Dancer.

2011 tasted exactly like menthol cough syrup.
    2012 was more tolerable.

I'll probably grab a 4 pack just to see how this batch is.

This is probably my least favorite beer by Founders. Had last year's fresh and then another aged one year and they both tasted like onion-y, boozy, sweet, nail polish remover bombs. I'm sure I'll try to at least grab a bottle this year and see if things have changed. Luckily I've got enough Double Trouble to tide my hoppy Founders cravings for a while.

My last Founders beer to try that they put in a 12oz bottle.

I actually just tasted the 2012 version of this and was really impressed. As far as worst Founders beer I've had.....that is a stretch. I cannot wait to try this one fresh.

I'll give it another chance, but the sample of it I had last year was not my favorite.

I like it myself, the fresher onion, garlic, and more like nail polisher the better. I like Double Trouble more, but this is a interesting treat for me.

of the dozen or so founders beers I've tried, all have ranged from very good to world class. this has been the outlier - borderline undrinkable the only time I had it. suppose I should give it one more shot before writing it off permanently.

I'm not a huge fan of this beer, but I always get a 4 pack to see how it's changed. The beer seems borderline undrinkable sometimes, or atleast after half a bottle.

I hold one over every year and then have a fresh one. Never need more than a four pack. It is big. Agree with the Double Crooked Tree comparison but also find it like a Maharaja on steroids. It is not my favorite Founders offering but enjoy it for the complex, layered brew it is. It changes so much just during the mild warming. Agree with the sentiment on Double Trouble--IMO Founders best offering and my hoppy summer safe haven. (no disrespect to KBS--I'm just a hop head)

this stuff is better than 120 minute, but 120 minute is pretty awful so that's not saying a whole lot. almost certainly won't buy it again after drain pouring a single last year.

They posted on Facebook that it is available in four packs at the brewery today.
