Well, I guess its a matter of semantics.... but to me the week in beer starts on Monday when new beers come out. But, thanks for the lesson on days of the week.

Dont see it on the posted list for 4/15 - maybe next week then, eh.

In the meantime, I am going to try to pick up some DFH Sixty-One.

Does it taste just like the 873 other beers DFH makes that are brewed with some sort of grapes?

I thought the 61 was pretty good, it is red wine flavor dominant though, with a beer/ipa after taste. If anything buy the hop 15 this week, it's too good. Can't wait for doom, hopefully next week.

Cable Beverages (Rockland County) just posted a lottery for Doom on their Facebook page- you have to sign up in person. It looks like this beer will be a very limited release.

Wednesday the 24th at piper's pub on the south side of pittsburgh, PA there is a founders brunch from 8:30-11am. "$27 gets you 12oz of each Founder’s Kentucky Breakfast Stout, Founder’s Imperial Stout and Founder’s Doom Barrel Aged Imperial IPA along with our celebrated Kentucky Hot Brown Boxty."

I grabbed a 4 pack for $10 and I thought it was actually pretty decent. At first its a fruit bomb in your mouth that quickly subsides to a IPA-esque finish. Interesting beer that I dont mind at all.

I do have to say - it was much more interesting than Stone Dayman.

    Now... where is Doom?!

I expect most of the Philly bottle shops are putting it out starting this week. Hawthorne's said they started selling it yesterday morning.
