I've seen the regular offerings from GI here in Florida, but does anyone know if we will be seeing any of the BCBS variants? And has anyone seen any founders yet? It was supposed to be here in May.
I had an online chat with the distributor last week, and was told to expect Founders to show up in June. I called our local TW, and was told Founders is now on the "approved" vendor list, but no stocking dates are yet available. It's making me thirsty wondering how many of their brews will be handled in FL. I recently got my first taste of Founders Porter I ordered from a shipper in MN. Wow!!
BCBS in FL would be great! Glad to see FL distro is stepping it up, although we are still a ways off from other areas
^ agree. I expect to see a whole lot of great Founders for the initial release, at least. After that, who knows.
When founders hit the shelves in TX a couple weeks back, they saw KBS. Though it was extremely limited.
New Belgium is also coming to FL this summer and they are in the process of choosing a distributor. The possibility of having Lips of Faith, BCBS and KBS finally available in FL is exciting!
I hate it but I agree. Sorry for the pessimism but I've heard that there had been rumors like this in the past. I am hoping the rumors are true.
So, it appears I have a little time to finish the Founders, Goose Island, 3 Floyds and New Belgium I brought back from colder climes before they start selling them here (I know, the Goose is loose). Now, about Russian River........
