No, this isn't another thread asking if it's less hoppy or worse than last year. I did find, however, that it seems to be a lot easier to find this year. Some years in NJ I didn't get any here, only to find some up in Maine. This year it seems to be in every store I go. Anyone else find this to be true? Did Founders release more this year? Oh, and it's also reasonably priced in most places I've seen it. Wegmans even had it in the mix six rack.

It vanished like a fart in the wind at the shops I visit. And it was at least $2.00 higher everywhere I go to as well.

$14.99 a 4pk... and we get a ton of better pricing then that on almost everything? First year I've had it...not impressed. Can't compare it to years past but I was expecting to be blown away and got a very average beer...will not buy again...

It disappeared at one bottle shop that I frequent, but another had copious amounts of it at $11.99 a four pack. I'm enjoying one now.

Much easier for me as well, was able to buy two 4 packs this year as opposed to two bottles last year. Still some on the shelves as well.

Out of like 10 stores that I went to I finally found the last 4pk they had yesterday at a local Bottle King. Talking to managers they all said they only got like a case or two.

If I see it again ill get more. It is very good.

Normally there is a great chase for it in Chicago, the usual spots I frequent made a big deal of it and sold out in hours but sure enough, walked into a whole foods downtown to grab a few quick dinner things after work and it was being sold by the case with no limits for MSRP. Made me a happy camper to grab a 4 pack with ease and without getting gouged.

I thought it only increased $6/case, it was only $10.99/4-pack at a very consumer-friendly store, compared to $9.99/4 in years past.

Backwoods was $13.99/4, compared to $10.99/4 in years past (from the same store), though.

I snagged a single bottle at the local Total Wine today. I have never had it before, will probably try it tomorrow.

i experienced the opposite, OP. I'm here in Philly and have been checking both distros and bottleshops all month and didn't find any until today. I went into Wegman's today and the guy was stocking new beer. There was only 1 four pack on his 3-tiered cart. 3 of those are in my fridge and 1 i drank. I paid $12/4. I feel like it was easier to find last year and possibly less $ last year too. The stuff is plenty decent and worth the hunt though. If I could only find some Victory Harvest ale all of my 1st world problems would be solved, at least for a while.

Went to 3 stores today ... Founders Harvest nor Victory Harvest are anywhere to be seen in central NY. Last year I spied FoundersHarvest in late Oct/early Nov, so nothing special here. I'm much more on the hunt this year, though, and even moreso for FBB, which I've never seen.

Found it to be the crisp fresh treat it always is.

Not easy to find in these parts.
