Just had it a few days ago, delicious, I mean, fantastic
I gotta wait til next paycheck for FIS, so I'm hoping we'll still have some around.
Which ones did you want that you haven't been able to get?
As of Saturday, we had it in SE Michigan $10 a 4 pack.
That's what I'm talking about.
Nowhere to be found yet in Philly area. Anyone in SE PA who sees it...please post!
Split a case of it with my brother in law for $62.00 out the door. i cannot wait to do a comparison with last years. I was able to save 6 2012 bottles. One of the greatest beers I have ever had.
For the love of beer where did you find it at??
Haven't seen any bottles in CT, yet. I have had it on tap since mid December though.
Answering myself: Just found out I can obtain a case next week...yes!!
Closest thing to Societe's The Butcher that I've found. Great beer.
Donco: Where can I find some FIS in the Philly area? Also, have you seen any Sucks yet?
Saw some packs on the shelf today in Chicago at Beer Temple & Fischmans.
Picked up a 4 pack today. Can't wait to have one this weekend!
Cracked our first bottle of this year's batch tonight. Just like we remember it, in all of its deliciousness and glory.
Not aware of any Founders in our area yet. The case I'm looking to buy will be coming in next week in Reading. Have not seen any Sucks in the area yet either. I'll be happy to post when I see either for certain. Send me a private message if you're interested in splitting a case of either if I locate them.
It's available in the outskirts of Chicago, and yes, it is as glorious as ever. I love this beer.
This sounds great. Have to find it in Central Ohio.
This beer is sooooo good on draft. Good enough I may be irresponsible today and finish 2/3 of the rest of my growler alone...
The Imperial Stout and KBS.
12 bucks here in Ohio let it sit bout ten minutes and its golden
Have not seen it in Central Indiana yet. I'm sure our price will be somewhere around 14.99. Beer prices in these part blow hard.
Thanks very much for the offer, Donco, but my cousin in Chicago just told me he'd send me some of both. That said, let me know when & where you see any in the Philly area. I may want to buy some more. Thanks again, and best regards.
I am a coffee drinker and I don't care for FBS. FIS is ACES!!!!
Its here. I have seen it at a few places in the New Britain area.
They have been sold in bars around here for some time, but I just saw my first 4 pack of the stuff at beer stop, among other great things.
their porter is one of the best out, their IS is one of the best out, and their BS/KBS is top 3 if not the best out. They're doing great.
I had one on Saturday night and man, was it fantastic! I think it beats out last year, but I was just getting into craft beer around this time. I would be satisfied if this was the only beer I was ever allowed to have.
Founders RIS is better than base Stone RIS. But if you are talking Stone Esspresso RIS vs Founders RIS.... I say it's a flip of the coin.
Two of the VERY best commonly obtainable stouts. Both we'll priced too!
Thanks dude, New Britain is down the road from me.
Beer Yard in Wayne is taking reservations for Founders Imperial Stout if that's closer for you. Think we've got another week or two for Sucks, but I imagine Beer yard will take reservations for that also, and that will signal its arrival in SEPA 5 counties.
Bottled angel shit!! Soooo good
My local beer shop has the UPC label on the shelf, however they haven't received it yet. Talk about the ultimate tease.
Arrived 7 days ago in N.H. and is probably the best stout in the entire world. $3 a beer and absolutely gorgeous and delicious.
Almost as good as Breakfast Stout, which I love. Outstanding!
IS will be here in a couple weeks or so and KBS sometime in April. I'll save you a bottle of each.
I too can't seem to find IS and KBS. I'm looking around about twice per week hoping I'll find the IS.
IS got to charlotte a week or two ago fwiw
Thanks for the tip.
Thanks for the tip
Donco: Moore Beverage in Philly now has FIS by the case, in stock! Just FYI.
