I saw where the Ave Pub has 5 Founders brews on tap right now. Any word of bottles (or even the hallowed KBS) appearing at Stein's or other venues?
Polly answered my question on another thread: KBS did not come in bottles this time around. There will be bottle and draft of the following in the market: dirty bastard, centennial IPA, porter, breakfast stout, all day IPA and curmudgeon. None of it except maybe the all day IPA is coming in large quantities... And we will get another truck in late may..
Whole Foods on Vets had cases of Centennial and Dirty Bastard on Sunday. They had a few 4-packs of Curmudgeon (seek this one out, y'all) and a 15-pack of All Day IPA. Oddly, no Porter that I saw.
I know it's a short drive away but calandros in Baton Rouge had countless numbers of six packs of the porter, all day ipa, centennial ipa and dirty bastard as of about a week and a half ago. Just remembered I picked up a six pack of the breakfast stout at steins last weekend but they didn't have very many of the new to the area beers from Founders.
Both kegs of KBS lasted 2 hours at the pub... So if Bulldog still has it I'd say go there! We will tap another keg during ACBW. There shou,d be one or two other floating around somewhere but I don't know where or when.
