Founders KBS Availability By You When It's Out

I'm fortunate to know someone. Not sure how much I'll get but I'd say at least a 4 pack. I'll take what he gives me but I won't run around.

 

Went from two bottle limit to one bottle limit and you had to by something else from Founders. One place made you spend $25 in the store for the privilege of purchasing a bottle, I passed. Getting ridiculous on LI.

 

I don't know where he is in SC, but it's gone in a heartbeat in the. Myrtle area.

 

A couple of stores will get one bottle limits. I got three last year, wasn't worth the effort.

 

I have only been fortunate enough to have some at a couple bottle shares since it sells out so fast. Good thing I was able to score a ticket to the Saturday release this year.

 

This. Someone somewhere else said something like it doesn't land here, it hovers for a second and disappears. I feel like it's a lot easier to find on tap and enjoy that way, but bottles are tougher to get than BCBS or other such releases.

 

i called the grocery stores and to see if they would hold some for me. I like to call big stores because they typically charge at cost, none of this crazy upcharge the small places do.

 

I think in Chicago area it's only the North and North burbs.. Nothing ever in Southwest burbs

 

Not helping some of the stereotypes out there regarding Texans...

 

Same here. I'd love to get a hold of a few (I only need two.......) but I'm not going to swim through a sea of beard and mule sweat trying to do so. I may have to look forward to a pull of it somewhere instead of a few bottles.

 

yeah it has gotten terrible in central nj. love the beer but its becoming not worth it to drive to five different stores and get 4 bottles. if you have a non stroking off relationship with a store manager then you may get 2-4 bottles in one stop.

 

We don't even get founders in WV

 

im assuming my availability in my area will be none considering im in california. this is my first KBS release since moving here, and I regret not getting it when I was living in NOVA. Still to this day have never tried it.....


does any part of california get founders? anyone know?

 

1 bottle limits around here. Good thing it's not really all that good, so I don't care much...

 

But after 6 months it tasted like Chochlate Coffee Brownie Batter.

 

It's annoying in Indiana. Two or one bottle per person everywhere.

 

Plainfield, Naperville, Orland Park, ect get it. The entire state of Illinois gets it.

 

No I would think they get it but you have to be one of those truck chasers or lucky enough to know people who will hold a few

 

I guaranteed myself a four pack and I might be able to score another. So if anyone is looking for a trading partner....

 

In years past, I had to tell my local store that it was coming so he could order it. He's gotten a single case the past few years. If I'm lucky, I'd get a couple four packs. Lately he seems to be hittin his inventory and I think he might have pissed off more than a dist. rep or two. If he gets anything (he said he couldnt get FIS) I think I'll be lucky to get any this year. Frankly, I'm pretty okay with that at this point. Im just not into working all that hard for it.
