Didn't hit the shelves of a single store I know of in NH, had to ask/was held by register. 1 or 2 bottle limits, prices ranging from 'meh' to 'GTFOH'. I'm not sure it lasted more than a day anywhere. I know of one store that carries little craft, barely knew what the hell KBS was (talked to their rep that told them to limit it), and were stunned when people started showing up right after the delivery. Luckily delivery was staggered between two days (neighboring regions), I didn't realize it hit until day two and managed to get some from the stores that got it that day.

Almost nonexistent. Our store in East Texas is considered by our distributor as "unrealistically lucky" to be getting a single case. I'm in with the workers and am an advisor to the store on what beer they should get, so I'm getting a 2 bottle allotment, every one else is being limited to a single bottle. It's kinda sucky seeing some people post their pictures of them clearing their local store with like 7 4-packs, but its all about location. At the end of the day I just feel grateful and lucky to get to try one of the very first beers that piqued my curiosity and got me drinking craft in the first place. Having KBS will also complete my list of having tried every single beer that Founder's has brewed, so that's exciting for me too!

Word here is that none of the shops in town are even getting any in. I'll still be on the lookout, though. You never know.

$25 for a 4 pack in Houston. Have a couple for trade if anyone is interested.

    You've had CBS?

Hah I should've specified. Of their standard series, not their backstage. I freaking wish I could try CBS. Of their backstage I've only had The Dissinter and Blushing Monk.

I had the luxury of trying KBS & CBS on draft, side by side at Haymerchant's (Houston) 3rd anniversary party. CBS, in my opinion, crushes KBS. Someone told me if you do a Crown Maple floater in regular Breakfast Stout, it tastes like CBS. I think that's blasphemous. Just make try your best to get CBS. It's definitely worth fighting a bear or two for.

Dang. I know it will be in Macon this weekend on tap for a festival but my bother is getting married in Tallahassee so I wont be able to go. Figured I would hit the chevron on Tennessee st and beer.30 in Jacksonville on my way back to savannah. I also went up to Charleston Beer Exchange yesterday because they said they had some. By the time I got there they were gone. Funny enough I stumbled into their backroom (the door was wide open, I thought it was just another room) and they had a pack left. Dude told me thats for "special" local customers..... But hey he let us grab a supplication from the room so no hard feelings.

Habersham in Savannah claims they are expecting it. We will have to wait and see.

Thats what Im thinking. Ive only had KBS for a sampler but from what I remember I thought BCBS and Abyss were better beers. BCBCS and CBS are on another level.

Here in AZ we just got Founders distributed to us this past uear (2014). But we get KBS tuesday 4/6 one 4pk a person. Not sure
How many cases the store im going to will receive but prolly a few. FBS flew off the shelves here in AZ i was only able to get 3/4 cases which sucks but hopefully next yesr hype will die down on FBS.

In Pittsburgh, I'd be lucky to grab a 3-4 bottles.

Though, I happened to be visiting my parents in Erie this weekend. I could've grabbed 2+ cases worth. It was astonishing how easy it was to come across.

Never seen it on a shelf only being held for a 3rd party.

I found two stores by me this year that had 4pks for sale. Last years only singles per.

I find it really helps to do some leg work ahead of time talking to managers at the bottle shops and finding out their delivery dates are.

I spend probably two weeks before the release going into as many shops as possible for info and it really paid off.

Last year I only got 6 bottles. This year 18!

I don't know - I tried doing my homework asking the places I frequent as far back as February. My wife and I wound up with 4 bottles between us. Other friends took a more brute force approach and did a lot better - one got 16 by going to 13 different places and grabbing one at a time (save for one place that let him go through the line again and again until he got 4 there). Knowing delivery dates is helpful, but having the time off to go from store to store seems to be necessary to get any sort of quantity.

In the interest of full disclosure: I take back what I said. I walked into a distributor by me on a whim and the owner pulled out a 4-pack from behind the counter. In the interest of science, I purchased it and decided to give it another shot. I can honestly say I really like this year's version. Blows 2014 KBS out of the water.

There are a couple stores nearby that institute 1-bottle limits for those who didn't sign up for early bird style tickets. I'm not sure if "normal" beer stores get it. I haven't seen any, but that means little. I don't hunt for it. Fortunately my favorite little craft pub in the area tweeted out that they had it on draft. I ran down that afternoon for my first pint.

It's definitely been around all over Chicago (although it typically sells out almost instantly). One of the places I frequent holds it in the back for their regulars. I wish I liked it more, but I don't really enjoy the typical BA coffee stout. Then again, with as hard as they can be to get a hold of, I suppose that's actually quite the blessing.
