    BBA beers are an acquired taste. Best to let them warm a bit.

    They should never be put in the fridge in the first place imo. Treat them like a red wine, room temp all the way.

    Depends if you have a cellar or area that stays a constant 50 degrees +/- and how long you plan to age them and how much you want them to change over time/risk them going bad. Putting beer in the fridge slows the aging process. I store all my beer in a separate fridge at the highest allowable temp (approx. 40/45 degrees) to allow them to age but at a slow rate. I want to avoid any beer aging to a point that it's a drain poorer before I crack it. I've learned storing in the fridge vs my house temp (70 degrees +/-) is the best way to do this.
