The baby is still there, just on the floor passed out after finishing cereal topped with breakfast stout.

Yes, one is a 22 oz bottle, more room and the other is a 12 oz bottle, less room.

I heard they are only changing the labels in MI. The rest of the founders distro will keep the old label bottles.

Yeah, I kinda jumped the gun on this one. I saw the new label and figured it was for NH. I was going to post it in that thread, but it was locked down. Didn't realize how much angst/discussion this would cause, just thought it was interesting.

On a related note, if I'm reading the Michigan LCC regulations (p.186) correctly, it seems like this prohibition has been on the books for a long time. Wonder why it wasn't enforced before and if there are other beers that will be affected.

I know this horse has been beaten to death, but it annoys me that eTrade can advertise speculative trading with a baby and yet this is what has become illegal.

Not sure, maybe because its an extreme minor they felt it wasn't a big deal for awhile.

    Note to self:

Bottle and distribute "Drunk Baby" beer. Target midwest US. Consider feces pictures on label.

It's not as tasty anymore. I really liked how the baby added that natural body up the beer. It's too thin now.

    Enjoy

Glad I bought a T-shirt with the old label! Purchased it in support of Founders and also to help put political coerciveness back in the trash where it belongs. I don’t care that people get their feeeelings hurt by something so trivial as this. I really dont….

Rumor has it that day the Michigan state legislature was either going to ban the Founders Breakfast Stout label or fix everything wrong in Detroit.
