Very true, the only part that felt kinda shitty was getting snubbed by a few "BA"s...

 

I heard someone talking about it. It's for a video Dark Horse is producing for marketing efforts was what I gathered.

Thought someone mentioned earlier in the thread that it was awful. Like something wrong with it awful as opposed to just not good awful.

 

Anyone try the 13th Anniversary Beer yet? I bite the bullet and bought 5 bottles of it just cause I have a feeling it's pretty good. I unfortunately didn't get to have it on tap yesterday but I think I'll open one tonight

 

The regular was pretty tasty but the barrel aged on tap tasted and smelled like Apples. Now it was pleasant and enjoyable but I worry about how the bottles will last.

 

I tried it on tap and thought it was enjoyable. Some nice chocolate and dark fruits it's in the taste. Mouthfeel was decent too.

 

I showed up at 0400 and the 7 or 8 people in front of me shared beers and talked until 6. We didn't see any line cutting or pushing in front of us and nobody went passed us. We started at what I guess was a smoke house. I got my full allotment that included everything except 3 Legs (didn't want) and one case of Plead.

 

You were probably almost directly in front of me and I experienced the same - I only took 36 Plead so I probably made someone in the 340's a happy BA - I was #329.

Personally, I always take whatever item it is if I come across it in an open place, especially wallets or what not. I know I will put in an effort to get it back to who it belongs to and that can't be said for whoever comes across it next.

This was my first time at 4 Elf and it sure was an experience.
Met cool people and tried beers ive been wanting to try for a while.

 

Just cracked a 3 Pairs of Legs. A little sweet and good bourbon presence. If 666 and the Anniversary Ale are as good as this I'll feel a little less salty about getting shutout on Plead. Kind of ashamed how pissed I was yesterday, it is just beer after all. They're suppose to post leftovers on Facebook and their website to sell in the general store.

 

What order number did you have?

 

#394 but I held out hope that most people would think one case was enough. I'm a little naive.
