I slept on this one wayyy tooo long.

These guys are cranking out great beer and could not be nicer. I spent some time there this past weekend and highly recomend a visit. Fun tasting room with great servers (Bobby nailed it).

I was fortunate enough to get their Sundog & Fleur des Lis in bottles on Sunday 7/20.

Fleur was incredible. Incredible. When I was there they were having some awful carbonation issues with Sundog, which basically ruined the beer. They pulled it from the tap after handing out a handful of subpar samples. I thought the Maison was meh. Nothing wrong with it at all, just not really my style of saison. I felt the same about Opus. 1 out of 4 isn't an awesome ratio but I saw some real potential there. If I were a local, would frequent for Fleur alone.

Extremely nice guys there. Coming from MA they seemed a little too nice. Great set up as well with the picnic tables outside, and having a food vendor on Full Pour Fridays. It was very cool seeing the tiny setup they brew on as well.

I tried Opus Ferum, Janus and Sundog. \

Sundog was good. I was not impressed with Opus Ferum or Janus, both lacked flavor and depth. Everyone in my group agreed.

Yeah, Brian is doing well with his beers. Wish I lived closer to Winooski to drink them more often. Another one of our homebrew club brethren gone pro - and really living up to it with the goods, especially the Belgian styles.
