In that case, I am interested in trying these sometime. I have been experimenting with cooking with beer,and it seems it takes some practice to let the beer taste shine through without becoming too bitter (especially in sweets). Awhile back I read in a cupcake book of mine a recipe for raspberry cupcakes with raspberry vodka batter and frosting that I never got around to making, but perhaps I will play around with it and use framboise instead.
