Got some friends moving to Fraser Valley this weekend. Is there anywhere for them to find any Avery beers, especially Rumpkin, in that general area?

No, nothing rare/limited in that area at all. Some decent beer though, and beautiful area!!

Well... for the most part I'd agree with the Saluki, but that's not entirely true. Rocky Mountain Moonshine right off 40 in between WP and Fraiser actually has some hidden gems, sometimes. I used to buy the abyss from there all the time when I lived in Tabertrash... got me through a winter quite nicely. There's also grand lake brewing that's worth a check out for their drain bamage & plaid bastard and the cheeky monk at the base of winter park occasionally pulls in some rare stuff.

Good deal, I'll mention it to them. What about Bottle Pass Liquors? Has decent ratings on sites not related to beer, but they talk about having a "good selection" of craft beer.

hmm.. not sure which one bottle pass is, but if it's right bye the ALCO they have a pretty ho-hum selection. The only other one i'd steer them towards is the one right in Winter Park by Hedi's sandwich shop. Occasionally they'll have something that surprises me.

    -Cheers

I think it's next to a grocery store, Safeway maybe?

So is this the store you got the $3.99 four packs of Ten Fiddy a few years back?
