Fresh hops are coming.... who making what?

    Fresh hops are coming.... who making what? Looking to be picking my Chinook soon, still dont know what I am going to brew with them, any ideas? What do others have for plans?

    on my first year plant i only got 2.5 oz of nugget. nothing on the centennial or goldings. also got some hops from my friend in NH that he grew. have about an oz of those. going to make a pale ale i suppose.i have some blackberries i grew too that i'd like to save for a small batch of lambic.

    I brewed a APA with almost two pounds of fresh picked hops Saturday. I was shooting for something similar to Half Acres Daisy Cutter. I find Daisy Cutter to be a bit grassy, I think my wet hops will get something close, even though I didnt grow the hops they use. I did use their grain bill though. IPA or APA is always a good choice, depending on how many you harvest. Keep in mind the 5 (wet) to 1 (dry) ratio. Good Luck
