Heading to cincy this weekend. Already planning on going to jungle jims but wondering where is my best bet to get fresh Fat Heads and brew kettle. Sometimes the bigger stores get so much it might not be fresh but I also know jungle jims moves product as well so I don't know. Thanks Also any new lager or clean IPA recs appreciated.
I’m making a Jungle trip this weekend. There may be other spots, but it is my regular. Consider getting a growler if you want something fresher than the shelf. They usually have Fat Heads and Brew Kettle options on tap.
Sorry to hear that. Cannot say my experience in Cincy is robust. Jungles has occasionally bit me with an old beer on the shelf, but I check the dates and buy what is fresh. Since it stocks pretty much everything in distribution, I usually can find solid buys, so it serves as my go-to spot in the city. If there's somewhere more reliable I'm all ears.
