I just wanted to give a shout out to the guys over at freshops.com and their great customer service. I ordered some amarillo and centennial hops from them last week and when they came in I noticed they had sent cascade instead of centennial. I emailed them about the mix up and included a picture of the hops I received and they quickly responded that they would send out the centennials I ordered and also told me to keep the cascade hops as well. It is nice to see a company that is willing to stand behind their product and offer such great customer service. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to order hops.
They are good and I do buy from them. Same thing happened a couple years back with hopsdirect, said keep those and they sent the correct hops. Both are places I recommend.
Yeah, I placed an order with fresh hops already this year and was pleased with the service. Hated the lengthy shipping, but I opted for the cheap USPS stuff they offered. PNW to Southeast is a bit of a haul anyways! By the way.. the Magnum they have is like 15.5 AA.. Great price for a clean bittering hop.
Just ordered from these guys. Shipping wasn't as cheap as some other places, but the price/oz. was nice. Can't win them all!
I just got great service from hopdawgz out in BC Canada!! I ordered 22 oz of different hops and had gotten 3 oz of crushed nelson Sauvin....they were pulverized. However they sent out a replacement with 6 oz extra and a reusable hop bag! Couldn't ask for more! Chris over there is a great guy
