I couldn’t find any more Butchery on my latest jaunt. However, I did find one more can of this in the back of the fridge!
What did you think of it? Was there much in the way of any fresh hop flavor/chatacter? I was looking at the website recipe, and I'm not sure if any wet hops were used. It is very late in the season, so that's not a huge surprise. Sounds like it was mostly made with cryo hops.
Didn’t see or hear about this one. I thought they were suppose to release FH HelloLA? And yes it’s late in the season for fresh hops. Looking forward to Citra season when I get back.
Yeah not the same pronounced profile that you’d get from other FH beers. But it was also pretty strong in the weed-ish vibe, which is not really my jam so in all fairness that might have skewed my overall assessment of it.
Common Space Yakima Fresh…Is this a fresh hop? According to Untappd is hopped with Simcoe & Mosaic, hand pelletized & dry hopped 2 days later. Hand pelletized? It’s been out for almost a month now and on tap at one of my local spots. I’m fresh hopped out and looking to move on at this point. Just wondering if this is fresh hopped why is it hand pelletized 2 days later.
It’s on tap at one of my go to lunch spots. Not really interested as my buddy just received our Citra case. I’m looking forward to some Citra and other local drops. Fridge is empty. Luckily one of my good friends who picked us up at the airport today brought a 4pk of west coast. Enjoying that right now after a long 5 hour nap. Still a little dazed and confused. I got other priority lunch stops that has better beer.
