Just kegged my first fresh hop home brew a few days ago and it is tasting great. This gets me excited to try to get in one more fresh hop brew day this year.

Does anybody know of a place within a reasonable drive from PDX (not looking to drive out to Yakima) that I would still be able to get some fresh hops at. Maybe a smaller local hop farm?

I guess depending on the response I can start thinking about exactly which hop strain I would want (at this point anything that would work well as a late addition flavor/aroma hop for an IPA).

I also posted in the Homebrew forum, but I figured I would also try to tap the regional knowledge available in this forum. Thank you.

I'm no hop expert, but I think pretty much all hops have been harvested and dried by now.

Thank you. This looks like a promising farm. I will call them in the morning.

I had posted some more farms for you, but... Poof, gone.

No, you're good. That was on the other thread I cross posted in the Homebrew forum. I was actually working through all the links you hooked up. Sent out a bunch of emails. Hopefully one of these farms has a late blooming vine or two. Thank you very much for the info!
