Fresh IPA or Aged DIPA

    I found that a 6 to 8 month age on devil dancer mellows it quite nicely.
    Pretty boozy when fresh. I have one bottle of mars and one bottle of
    the oracle aging until January when hopslam is released, then it's a
    3 beer cage match. I wonder who will win...

    I may try that. I tried Devil Dancer awhile back and thought it was too much.
