    Hello all!

I have a question about beers found in the fridge at the local store.

I found a few bottles of 12.12.12 left and was wondering, since they were in the fridge for who knows how long, that it would effect there aging if I took them out and placed them in my cellar?

Refrigeration slows the aging process. Your cellar temperature is what will age the beers.

so, its ok to take it from the fridge (so i am assuming no damage to the aging process) and stick in in my cellar for a few years? (ill be away from 1-2 years).
