I just bought a house, and am planning to put a bar in a walk-out basement. It will be in our primary entertainment area, so the TV is about 15 ft. away. I was looking at a 54" sold by Iron Mountain via Amazon, but there aren't a ton of reviews. I was thinking it might be worth upping the budget and considered looking at True, but saw one review that said it was distractingly loud when it kicked on. Our original budget was around $1k, but discussed kicking it up to $1,500, considering we want something that will last. Any recommendations/reviews/advice?
