    Hey all,

I'm pretty new to cellaring and whatnot, but I get the general rules and principles.

My question is, if I had some beer in the fridge (probably around 30 degrees) would it be bad to try and move it to my cellar (around 50-ish degrees)? I have a couple porters and a few barleywines I was looking to do this with.

I realize that this is against the basic rules of cellaring, but I thought the temp change might not be too bad?

Let me know your thoughts! Appreciate the feedback.
