I will have to disagree with you on that, every time I have had Midas, I have loved it, and it is nowhere near the likes of an adjunct lager, it has body has some decent alcohol and I like the Muscat grape in it, it is the perfect Thanksgiving pairing try it! Unless they changed it.

Kind of off topic but what is the general availability of NG fruit beers (Raspberry Tart, Serendipity, and Belgian Red)? Are they shelf beers? Gone minutes after they hit the shelves?

Raspberry Tart, Serendipity and Strawberry Rhubarb you can find very easily and they usually sit on shelves, at least in Milwaukee they do.

Shelf beers. Whenever I drive up to Wisco, I see those beers everywhere. Even gas stations.

Thanks guys. Raspberry Tart was the first fruit beer that really made me say WOW. I'd like to try more NG stuff eventually.

NG fruits are the only beers my girlfriend likes (and she's tasted hundreds of mine haha), good thing they're readily available.

Slightly off topic, but I was told by a NG employee about a mix they like to make called a Bloody Squirrel, 1/2 Fat Squirrel and 1/2 Belgian Red. That might be pretty tasty. I was also thinking 50/50 blend of Belgian Red / Wild Sour would be excellent, I think I'll try it sometime.

Along with Rubaeus, One and the Same by Greenbush. Pretty similar beers, but OatS is cheaper and tastes more... cidery?

Selin's Grove Kriek is fantabulous. Don't be fooled by the word Kriek, this is a fruit beer.
