Fruit During Primary

    @OldSock brings up a good point. Since this is going to be soured before fermentation and sacc won't take a year to mature like bugs would, I don't think you will suffer by an addition to primary.

    Yea that's kinda my reasoning too. It'll only be on the fruit for 3-4 weeks at most, so the flavors will still be pretty fresh. I plan on kegging it so 4 weeks tops from grain to glass.
