fruiting a sour?

    @jbakajust1 , just auto siphon off. Dip tube, even if cut 2'' up would still get clogged I think.

    I'm about to rack 3-gallons of saison-brett onto 6# of frozen blueberries. I was reading last night that blueberries fade pretty quickly and I was hoping this would be a summer beer; sitting on the berries until May-ish and then carbing for a month or so. Anyone have experience with blueberries and how fast they fade? How long should I leave the beer on the berries before bottling?
