There is a ton of pineapple on the noise with this one. The flavor is the same with some clementine, with a nice pillowy mouthful, and the chinook adds a nice west coast bitterness and pine to the beer. ABV 7% Laser Raptors. We add oats and wheat to this beer to give a big creamy mouthfeel. This beer is hopped with Mosaic, Chinook, Simcoe. The hopping schedule gives the beer notes of orange, berries, pineapple, and a pine bitterness. ABV 8.3% How Now Brown Cow w/ Coffee & Hazelnut. This is a low ABV milk stout, has rich aromas of roasted coffee and hazelnut….think Nutella. ABV 6.0% There Gose The Diet. This Gose was inspired by the Moscow Mule Cocktail. We added fresh ginger and lime to mimic the Mule taste.
